Hello, my name is Vicky Crockett, I specialise in helping busy women over 40 reach optimal health, inner calm and hormone balance.

I have always been passionate about studying our health and wellbeing, having studied my first Degree in Health and Community Studies at the University of Chester. In my 30’s I had periods of classic burnout, fatigue, yo yo dieting, judging myself and neglecting my own self care….now I realise this could have been prevented if I’d had the support and the correct advice!

Then I hit 40 and I just didn’t quite feel the same, noticing changes to my sleep, stubborn weight gain around the middle and my hormones! This lead me to explore my own health and wellbeing and I decided to enrol at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine and studying for 3 years to be a Nutritional Therapist. I discovered that Nutrition and lifestyle practices/habits can have a significant influence on enriching our health and happiness for the better.
