I have been a registered Occupational Therapist for over 17 years. Having completed the Chrysalis Effect online Programme for my own CFS condition, I was inspired to take additional training to become a Chrysalis Effect Practitioner.

My expertise as an Occupational Therapist involves assessing and treating people who have cognitive (thinking) difficulties, which are a hidden and sometimes frightening aspect of exhaustive conditions. I also have extensive experience educating and advising managers, and Occupational Health professionals, to support you in your return to work.

As a Chrysalis Effect Practitioner I can identify which of the “eight essentials to recovery” that needs to be addressed, and the interventions that would be most beneficial to your stage of recovery.
