Alleviating pain and easing tension, I am a Massage Therapist aiming to enhance your personal wellbeing and I can help you on the road to relaxation and wellness with calming massage. I provide advanced clinical massage addressing chronic pain as well as massage that can be light and relaxing or firm and invigorating. Regular massage sessions results in some types of muscle pain being significantly alleviated and range of movement improved.

I have undertaken training with Jing – a renowned massage training school in Brighton – extending my massage skills to address specific chronic pain issues. I will be continuing further training with Jing enabling me to augment the existing chronic pain issues that I address. The Holistic Therapist Magazine recently awarded Jing the best UK training school 2017 award – so I know I have and will continue to receive exceptional training.

I provide massage to relax and enhance mood as well as support further physical recovery.
