Passionate about supporting CFS sufferers in their recovery. My sister has had CFS for the past 30 years so I am very familiar with the huge problems faced by everyone. As a recent re-trainer – I passed my Nutritional Therapy Diploma in Summer 2020.

I am definitely an ‘A’ type personality myself; as I am a busy Business woman and Mum in addition to my new role. I’ve had health problems myself that led me into Nutritional Therapy and I’ve learnt a lot along the way about self care, healthy eating, stress management and appropriate excercise.
