Having been diagnosed with M.E in 2014, I can fully relate to the debilitating nature and life-limiting effects M.E and Fibromyalgia can cause. Having recovered from M.E, I now dedicate my skills, learning’s and knowledge to support and empower those also affected by this condition through the application of Nutritional Therapy and Wellbeing Coaching.

As a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, I provide personalised support to educate, encourage and motivate you back to wellness. Your health is my priority and I ensure that each nutritional programme is tailored to your needs in an easy to follow way and provide wellbeing coaching to support your every step.

I am based in Sale, Cheshire and I work with my clients on a face-to-face basis, telephone and Skype to ensure that I am accessible to each client’s needs.
