Carmen is an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and has been trained by one of 29 global EFT Founding Masters. She is also an established Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner, and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET).

She now combines her EFT, Life Coaching, Reiki and other healing skills, such as meditation, to offer a deeper, more holistic service to her clients who are effectively able to identify and unblock the hindrances that prevent them living their best lives.

She has used this knowledge to create and facilitate a number of successful workshops around wellness, personal empowerment and achievement.

Having experienced undiagnosed ongoing mental and physical fatigue for many years, Carmen is passionate about working with those suffering from exhaustive conditions. She has developed her own wellness package of small life changes clients can make that can have a big impact healthwise.

In business since 2006, Carmen is the owner of the East Midlands-based wellness and personal growth business, Stimulus. She has produced a number of articles and self-help guides on wellness, personal growth and effectiveness designed to offer simple but effective tools and strategies to make her clients’ lives easier.
