As a Chrysalis Effect specialist practitioner I can support you on your journey back to health, tailoring the programme to your individual needs and coaching you along the way, either in person in Reading or online via Zoom.
As a qigong instructor and holistic therapist, I can offer you those complementary therapies as well.
Qigong (pronounced chi gong) is a Chinese martial art, similar to tai chi, that involves gentle exercise and can have many potential benefits to health and wellbeing. ‘Qi’ means energy and ‘gong’ translates as training. If you are experiencing a chronic exhaustive condition, the gentle exercise and meditative nature of qigong can help to enhance your sense of wellbeing.
I run in-person sessions in Berkshire, which can be private 1:1s or in a class setting. I also have an online Qigong for Recovery service, which provides access to my qigong video library aimed at supporting people with ME, CFS, fibromyalgia, post-viral fatigue syndrome (PVFS) and long-COVID.
I also provide massage and reflexology treatments at the Formula Health Clinic in Pangbourne, Berkshire. I can arrange to do treatments in your own home if that is a better option for you and you are local to me in Reading. Touch is a biological necessity for our physical and emotional wellbeing. Gentle touch therapy can help people with chronic exhaustive conditions to relax and experience an increased sense of well-being due to the hands-on nature of the therapy.
Do get in touch by emailing me at email@example.com to arrange a free 30-minute telephone or Zoom call to discuss your needs and how I could work with you towards your goals.
