Tracy is a Wellbeing Coach and Specialist Practitioner in M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia recovery, she works as part of a cross referral team. Working holistically treating the mind, body and spirit, she combines knowledge as a coach with Reiki, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. This allows her to offer benefits such as helping the process of digestion work more efficiently, relaxation for the whole body, increase energy levels, reduction in fatigue, improvement in inflammation or pain, a more restful sleep pattern, and help with depression.

Tracy is a great believer in education and the mantra “information is power”. Through a blend of information, education and motivation, Tracy guides you from where you are now to where you want to be. The individually tailored 1-2-1 coaching programme uses 8 key areas in life to help you tap into who you really are and to be authentic to yourself, enabling you to start to take control of your M.E., CFS, Fibromyalgia, or wellbeing and to create a vision for recovery and the future.
