My passion is supporting clients as they move from despair and fear that they will never get well, to hope and enthusiasm for the future, helping them to become informed and empowered about how their lifestyle affects their health and what they can do to transform their health and wellbeing.

I have a degree in Psychology, over 25 years experience as a therapist, and I am founder and director of one of the largest natural health clinics in the north of England. I am passionate about discovering the deep underlying causes of illness. My experience and training gives me a unique understanding of a wide range of therapies and how these are best suited to supporting you on your health journey.
