I am a body energy specialist working with clients like you to boost your energy levels, help you to feel revitalised and achieve your goals.

I use a muscle response testing therapy called Health Kinesiology to work with your body to release the stresses that interfere with your body’s ability to function properly.

By smoothing out energy flows, Health Kinesiology provides a way to resolve physical issues and support emotional and mental wellbeing. Your energy levels and overall resilience are raised so that your body is better able to cope – it’s a bit like gently squeezing a sponge so that when you let go, it expands and can cope with more.

I combine the calming, positive body energy work of Health Kinesiology with Wellbeing Coaching to support you in moving forward. We work together to understand what is going on for you develop tools and techniques to support your health and wellbeing.

I am based in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. The clinic is within easy access of the M1. I also offer consultations and treatments via Skype or Zoom – these sessions work every bit as well as a face to face session, but without the potential strain of travelling.
