Passion and Purpose: Following a successful corporate career in the credit services industry, it eventually took its toll and lead to overwhelm and burnout.  Consequently, having to make ’self-care’ as my number 1 priority, it made sense to share my personal experience with other business women who are juggling their work/life balance and often struggling with stress induced anxiety, fatigue and pain which we later see developing into M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia type conditions.

Prevention: Helping women who are typically ‘full on, flat out in the fast lane’ to address the warning signs by tackling the root cause of health challenges before they become established.

Recovery: Using a holistic approach integrating Wellbeing Coaching, with lifestyle medicine, alongside the Online Chrysalis Effect Recovery Programme and the additional benefit of working within a Chrysalis Effect referral team of experts to ensure a fully supportive service.  My specialist area is applying ‘meta’ principles to identify correlations between specific health issues and the underlying ‘stress factor’ which continues to prolong a wellness imbalance.
