As a Chrysalis Effect Practitioner I tailor every appointment to suit you as an individual in your recovery from ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia.

With over 16 years’ experience in holistic therapies and energy modalities including EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Reiki and EAM, I work with the mind, body and soul to empower my clients in their journey back to health and vitality. I am also part of a team of Chrysalis Effect Practitioners so that we can ensure that you receive all the support you need.

Having supported one of my sons through fatigue issues I understand how it feels as a family member as well as being able to look at recovery from my expertise as a specialist.

I am based in the Horsham area of West Sussex and work with clients at the wonderfully peaceful Hollytree Healing Centre. I also provide sessions via Zoom and Skype. I offer a free health appraisal and 30 minute telephone consultation if you would like to learn more and make sure that I am the right person to support you.
