Overview

As a Chrysalis Effect specialist I work in conjunction with the Chrysalis Effect online programme. This combination gives the client 24/7, fully tailored and individual support throughout their recovery. I specialise in nutrition, wellbeing and creativity, all pivotal areas in transforming Chronic health conditions.

Caring for my son with Chronic Fatigue as a teenager I understand the complexities of symptoms and frustrations of daily life around this condition. As a qualified Nutritional Therapist I have found that using food as medicine alongside lifestyle changes was a catalyst in his recovery and empowered him to understand and take control of his own healing.

Primarily, I like to use mind maps, visual note taking and vision boards to gently guide, understand and reveal obstacles, triggers and patterns of behaviour. Also, in the form of cooking, I offer recipes and shortcuts, to simply help a client regardless of ability and dietary restrictions. My main aim here is to offer easy, nutritious, accessible, fun and delicious meals.

On my own journey I have learned the importance of how creativity has enabled me to rebalance, giving me space for clarity of mind with rest from self-criticism and how play, laughter and joy is a key value to my wellbeing. I work alongside clients using these fun and valuable tools in order to enable them to begin to reclaim and work towards their recovery.

I offer a 30 minute free consultation to discuss how we would work together. I provide either online sessions over Zoom, Skype or in 1:1 coaching sessions.
