Overview

Sarah, the founder of Calm Bear Wellbeing partners with you through life as you learn to navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with you. Discover the root cause and origin of your illness whether emotional, ancestral, pre-verbal, rooted in childhood trauma or lived experiences affecting you today.

Calm Bear Wellbeing uses a self-empowering and unique roadmap to your ‘authentic self’ and living inspirationally. Specialising in Grief, Complex Grief, including parental loss, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Adverse Childhood Experiences using Bio-Energy Medicine, Neuroplasticity and Somatic Trauma Release.

Sarah has a deep understanding of how the body, soul and mind can rebalance energy and emotions, as she was guided to recovery on her own unique path. Like so many of us, she never thought that she would have to walk this path.

Having overcome her own lived experiences, Sarah understands the importance of tailoring recovery for each client. As a Perfectionist, Highly Sensitive, High Achiever and Empath she knows how to navigate these traits well.

Your journey is packed with simple go-to tips that you can share with family and friends and practical tools that you can call on.
