Having suffered the loss of my husband suddenly after 33 years that led to my daughter developing ME (Chronic fatigue syndrome) very close to his death. I have first-hand experience to see as a carer or parent how hard it is to not know what to do for your child. I like to help and support young adults who may be confused and misunderstood when suffering from these conditions so early in life. Supporting parents to help support their child.

I work with many clients in my own multi therapy clinic who suffer stress and close to burn out. I am keen to work closely with people who want to prevent tipping over into a crash phase, or the steady supported journey back to a better lifestyle & recovery from ME, Fibromyalgia and now currently long covid. Whatever stage you are guidance and a route to IGNITE THE SPARK back into your life can be had.

My background is body based a specialist in a variety of massage styles all reading the body at different levels. From Aromatherapy, Thai -movement based, Shiatsu – oriental diagnosis, Indian Head to Balinese, Pre & Postnatal massage to Infant massage tuition. I blend techniques within our plan to produce a healthy perspective.

I also offer Bereavement coaching for igniting that spark to better things to come. Looking at what lifts you, what plans, or dreams can come to fruition and not extinguished by your loss.
