After a 20 year career in Optometry and my own personal experience of severe fibromyalgia, I began my journey to gain a deeper understanding of why we experience pain, in all it’s forms and how our bodies recover and heal.

Blending the latest scientific research, with innovative technology and holistic, natural therapies, I was astounded at how quickly I recovered without any medication.

I began helping sensitive women with chronic pain and illness to see the heart of what was causing their symptoms and to improve the quality of their physical, mental and emotional health.

I was then inspired to train as a specialist practitioner in CFS/ME and fibromyalgia to deliver the comprehensive, holistic care we all deserve, with the full support of a proven system and dedicated team of practitioners, personalising it to your unique needs.
