I specialise in ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia and other Chronic Exhaustive conditions.  I understand first hand the impact these conditions have on your life,  having come through my own recovery journey from ME/CFS over 10 years ago.

My passion is to help you identify any underlying causes that are contributing to your current symptoms and my aim is to support and inspire you step-by-step through your recovery journey back to wellness.

I apply my knowledge, skills and over 10 years experience of Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, Reflexology, Yoga and Wellbeing Coaching. Combining these therapies, I offer personalised support to educate, encourage and motivate you along your recovery journey using nutrition, supplements, natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

Your health is my priority and working within the Chrysalis Effect team of experts, allows me to refer onto other expert practitioners within the team when needed.

I practise from my clinic in Crawley Down, near to East Grinstead, West Sussex and also offer online sessions over skype.
