Hello, my name is Elaine Elliott and My Health Matters after having experienced utter debilitation myself, then fully recovering and becoming qualified to help others, as a Specialist Practitioner.

Therefore, I have a comprehensive understanding of the triggers, phases and progression of complicated chronic exhaustive disorders and the impact of stress. I am a motivated and enthusiastic professional, also being an expert from personal experience.

My passion is to help others regain and maintain their health whilst having a healthy balanced lifestyle myself. I provide a holistic approach that looks at the person not the condition and use a range of treatments to address your issues depending on your individual needs.
I work with integrity, compassion, warmth and intuition, building open, honest, and trusting relationships, giving clients hope and inspiration to move forward to a better life that they deserve. I feel gratitude to be doing the work I love and continue to develop myself personally and professionally to deliver the best possible service.

I have many tools and gained valuable experience from working in private practice and public mental health services. It is an honour and privilege to support my clients to transform their lives by recovering and healing.

Through my personal experience and learning I believe that health and wellbeing is an ongoing mind-body practice which takes commitment and effort to feel good, function well, reach our potential and purpose.
