I work with individuals to achieve optimum health and wellbeing. This may be by promoting healthier choices, working to prevent problems from becoming worse, or addressing issues to return to a healthier state.

A background in Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy and ongoing training in Complementary Therapies has given me a good knowledge base in health, the body, mental and social issues, and life changes. My work has always been based on a problem-solving model and supporting people working towards their best selves.

I have lived in Scotland, England and Canada and have now returned to the Highlands of Scotland where I enjoy my fabulous surroundings, gardening, walking and exploring. I also enjoy being creative in a variety of crafts. The importance of life balance and being true to oneself influences my life and my work.
