As a Naturopath with over 10+ years’ experience and an accredited Chrysalis Effect specialist practitioner, I understand the frustration and isolation of living with these exhaustive conditions. My sessions combine Nutritional Therapy (including dietary advice, diagnostic laboratory testing and supplement protocols), along with Wellbeing Coaching to support the underlying physical, emotional and lifestyle issues that may be present.

I specialise in diagnostic testing (adrenal, thyroid, cellular energy, digestive, hormonal, methylation) along with Genetic Testing and analysis to help you to discover the underlying causes of your ill-health.  Genetic testing can show vital clues and be extremely helpful in identifying inherited traits that may be contributing to your ill-health.

Together we will address the key physical processes involved along with the eight key areas of health and wellbeing from the physical to the emotional to get your life back. The treatment programme is unique to you and will be tailored to your specific needs by using personal lifestyle and optimal nutritional diet plans.

You will also be supported by The Chrysalis Effect online recovery programme and I will cross-refer to other specialist practitioners within the Chrysalis Effect, when needed, as this is the best way to ensure you get exactly the right treatment for you.
