I feel privileged and excited to be part of The Chrysalis Effect as a ME, CFS & Fibromyalgia Specialist, Wellbeing Coach and Cranio-sacral Therapist (CST)
I am heading a team of specialist practitioners and work alongside the CE online program supporting and fast tracking clients through their recovery. With a holistic approach I address all 8 areas of wellbeing and the 6 phases of recovery, working with mind body and spirit.
My sessions are tailored to each and every client’s individual needs making sure the right support, help, advice and recommendations are given. We will look at your present situation, assess the past and most importantly move forward in a step by step process to the life of recovered wellbeing and vibrancy you so deserve.
My particular interest is how stress can negatively impact us, from as early as birth, producing a myriad of debilitating symptoms thus reducing our quality of life and how to counteract and remedy this adverse situation. I have therefore now also completed the training in ACE and trauma awareness to be able to support my clients on their journey. As part of stress on our systems, and in the past having been called environmentally challenged (which nowadays probably translates as sensitive to the environment) I have spent the last 20 years researching
challenges in our environment and how they can impact on our health. This includes EMF’s, Geopathic stress, VOCs to name but a few; how to deal with them, avoid them or use alternatives.
Through my own journey of pain and loss of wellbeing I also have a particular interest in Coaching Clients to move forward after Loss and Bereavement.
Craniosacral Therapy is a hands on very gentle listening with my hands therapy which relies on the body’s own inborn tendency to seek health and balance. I deal with tissue memory, removing restrictions, misalignments, emotional blockage, stress, pain, anxiety and many more, thus enabling the body to find again its natural state of health and wellbeing.
As part of this I also use a variety of grounding and relaxation exercises, inner and outer space clearing and aura strengthening routine which people have found very helpful to deal with stressful situations.
